      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There is also a little "gotcha" which is not obvious when filling out fields. It will not let you Save until all the mandatory fields those marked with a *) are complete which is obvious. Less obvious is that it will not let you Save if any of the fields have an illegal characters. For example if you have a colon ":" or slash "/" in the field making it an illegal entry the Save button will continue to be greyed out. It won't be clear what you are doing wrong.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
