So, When I click on View Details I would Click the button for Complete Event - which claims to run by the message. It should also cut off the folder by placing the red icon with the bar on it next to the folder name. This is easy to see because the </SPAN><STRONG>cutoff </STRONG><SPAN>action becomes available on the folder. You can then cutoff the folder manually.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Cutoff is the only action which is automated by default, but the process which does this is asynchronous and runs infrequently. (Sorry can't remember the frequency so will have to check).
