      <title>3.3g has updated modified by field without mods</title>

      <description>Hi there, I've installed 3.3g this week, upgrading from a 3.2r database and repository. All went well, but while I was doing some regression testing, somehow the modified by field for a large number of files has been updated to my username. The modified by dates are all very similar but not the same</description>
