      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;That should be in there: in the first step, select 'started by filling in a form'&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the step editor, the end is implicit: if no steps follow, an end event is implied.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
