Hi all,I have to develop a Application using Alfresco Surf. So somebody suggest me to Build and deploy a fresh Alfresco and surf. Try increasing your Java memory settings. I put mine in an environment variable called JAVA_OPTS which the app server will automatically pick up. Here's the current value of my JAVA_OPTS variable:

-Xms128m -Xmx512m -XX:MaxPermSize=128m -server

These are fine for me in development but will obviously need tweaking for your environment, especially for production!
