      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1) Is your alfresco-virtserver.properties "alfresco.virtserver.http.port" value exactly the same as the virtual-tomcat/conf/server.xml's&amp;nbsp; Connector port?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2) Try tailing the logs on the virtual-tomcat instance. . . do you get any traffic in the logs at all?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3) What does a traceroute show you?&amp;nbsp; (if you're on a *nix machine, try mtr . . .I just discovered it and its awesome)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi tvaughan77 ,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I resolved the issue .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What I did is I Killed the virtual tomcat process and restrted it .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;kill -9 &amp;lt;process-id&amp;gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;That did the trick .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;thanks for your help .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
