Your upgrade was fine and you are on schema 2039

Thanks for the quick reply - just seems very confusing (seemed more straight forward with 3.1 Stable to 3.2 Preview 2).
What is the difference between the Current version and Installed version, and why are they different (Every startup, I get 3.2 community for current and 3.2 Preview for Installed)?

Your current version is 3.2.0 (2039)

You started off with 3.2.0 _Preview2 1864) schema 2011.

I'm tempted to sneak the word "originally" before "installed version". Does anyone have a better suggestion for wording that would make the following statement clearer?

Alfresco started (Community): Current version 3.2.0 (2039) schema 2019 - Installed version 3.2.0 (_Preview2 1864) schema 2011

you are right, actual wording is confusing and users are asking same question over and over.

Instead of actual:

…Installed version 3.2.0 (_Preview2 1864) schema 2011‍

alternatives could be:

First installed version 3.2.0 (_Preview2 1864) schema 2011‍

Initial installed version 3.2.0 (_Preview2 1864) schema 2011‍

or even

Updated from version 3.2.0 (_Preview2 1864) schema 2011‍

We had another look at the error reported during your upgrade and think there may be some cause for concern. It's happening while trying to finalize the transaction, and may result in corrupt indexes. I've logged a JIRA issue so that it can get some further investigation.

We recommend that you rebuild your indexes by deleting/moving ${dir.root}/lucene-indexes and setting

index.recovery.mode=AUTO‍

in your alfresco-global.properties.

FYI the issue (concerning automatic fixing of duplicate persons created by LDAP import) is now fixed in HEAD.
