topic Import Button is disabled in Records Management Fileplan in Alfresco Archive

We have successfully entered our fileplan for our records management site into Share on our production server. We haven't yet added any disposition steps to the categories. We then successfully exported the full fileplan to an .acp file with the intention of importing the same fileplan into our test version of share.

In both systems the "Import" button is greyed out and not clickable. Is there something we need to do in order to enable that button and import an .acp file through share?

I figure this out. I added the user who is trying to import (myself) to the group "Records Management Admistrator", and the "Import" button became available.
