Hello,i just tried to build my Alfresco Community Edition 3.2. I ran build.xml from Eclipse and it stopped, because: "Directory does not exist:c:\tomcat\lib".So, my Tomcat installation is under c:\programme\tomcat and i set an env-variable TOMCAT_HOME with this entry. Did you set the Ant runtime properties in Eclipse for APP_TOMCAT_HOME and TOMCAT_HOME as well - otherwise Ant wont find your locations.

Set with [Window][Preferences] -> Ant -> Runtime -> Properties in Eclipse 3.5
