Inheriting candidateGroups or potentialOwners from swimlane

I am new to activiti and BPMN. In designing our processes, I can see where it would be nice to specify potentialOwners or candidateGroups in a swimlane, and have all tasks in that swimlane inherit the property. Does it work that way? Or do these need to be specified per task?Thanksjohn

No. ( you can customize default behaviour)

Or do these need to be specified per task?

That's one of the possibilities.
