Alfresco does run on WebLogic. http://www.alfresco.com/services/support/stacks/3.x/

What sort of integration between AquaLogic and Alfresco do you require? I'd have though that if you have invested in Aqua Logic you'd keep most of your BPM in WebLogic rather than use Alfresco's jBPM engine.

To integrate with Oracle BPM, Oracle Application Adapter for SAP R/3 must be deployed in the same WLS container as Oracle BPM.
