You would have to modify MS Word to not allow "Save As …". Personally, I don't think this is likely. It is not a property of Alfresco, or the Word addin, to restrict where a document can be saved.

Thank you for your answer regarding MS Office.
It's quite understandable there is certain level of difficulty present in modifying MS Office.

However, is there any solution in OpenOffice? such as requiring to add an extension? by not allowing access without this extension?

At least, if I may not be able to change MS Office or OpenOffice, can I configure Alfresco not to allow download?
Can previewing be modified not to allow content to be copied easily?
