View Permissions on spaces through code

Hi,I want to assign [size=120]permissions on users whether they can view a particular space or not[/size]..I can do this through browser..but [size=120]can i do it through code[/size]?I have a workflow definition where spaces are created on approval dynamically, but this space should not be visible
