      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have received an answer on this:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I believe the answer is no, tags cannot be version specific. I believe that is because tags are associations, and associations are always to the latest version of an object, not to a specific version of an object.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
