Hi all, Long time listener, first time poster.We created a process in a test environment and then used the Export / Import functionality into a production environment. I think you're missing the xml above … so it's hard to see which changes were talking about.

In principal, if the DI info is available; Activiti won't try to autolayout anything.

Sometimes you just need to save the diagrams on Activiti to have the diagram image displayed.

process bpmn xml/ junit test would help.
