I have both configured to same DB so I am able to for example retrieve process instances through REST which were initaited through Activiti App, but for example there are exclusive authentication mechanisms used, Activiti App refering to users in new users table with </SPAN><A class="jive-link-email-small" href="mailto:admin@app.activiti.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">admin@app.activiti.com</A><SPAN> being default Admin user while REST uses old users, with kermit still in full power.
