    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would imagine you would need to have a Java action that has write capabilities to the shared drive. If you set up a one-step work flow using jBPM, you can even pass parameters into the work flow to allow you to set the destination path.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
