Delete diferent files in diferent space in the same time

Hi:In a apce I have a file with format .docx and I have a rule that transforms them into pdf on the same space or different (as it generates the pdf with the same name as the docx). If I want to delete the file docx, what way I can link it to the pdf file that was created earlier in transformation r

I assume you have both docx and pdf in the same space. I understand that you have a rule to transform incoming docx files into PDF files.

You could create another rule in the same location to delete docx file, as soon as a PDF file is created in that space.

thanks, where do I find this option?, in the rule actions wizard, only I have:

Add aspect to item
Add simple workflow to item
blog-post
check in content
check out content
copy item to a folder in a web project
copy item to a specific space
execute a scrip
extract common metadata fields from content
import an Alfresco econtect package
increment counter
link item to category
move item to a specific space
remove an aspect from an item
send an email to specific users
specialise the type of an item
transform an copy content to a specific space
transform an copy image to a specific space

I don't find the option, can you help me?

You might have to write a script and "Execute a script" to do the same.
