You can create a &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;non-electronic&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; (physical) record which can then have a disposal schedule associated with it. One of the properties of this record is its &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;location&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. This is a free text field that you can use as you require. To track a box you can either use a physical record and differentiate it in some way, or you could use a folder which also has a location attribute.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The system offers you the possiblity of creating your own property values, so you could create the properties for warehouse number/rack number/shelf number.
