Hey all,i've installed alfresco (standard installation) and when installing it said the db port was in use so i put in 3308 and it seemed to like it.after the installation i ran the alf_start.bat and it runs through the two command prompts and then closes them both without starting up.it's probably

i didnt get ur question properly…
u have installed then ran the command so it should start but it seemed that without starting that closed but the log files are showing that alfresco is starting…
if u elaborate ur problem then i will try to help u…

hi
i have also a very strang problem..
i have installed community edition3.3 in fedora9.when i run the command ./alf_start.sh then the log showing dat [org.alfresco.repo.management.subsystems.ChildApplicationContextFactory] Stopped 'sysAdmin' subsystem, ID: [sysAdmin, default]
when i run the ./alf_stop.sh then alfresco is starting…
so the commands are running in an opposite way..
Pls help me in my issue..
