Alfresco3.2 is not compatible with oracle. Please confirm this with the current alfresco edition.
But as you have written that you had installed n made it work, try to do the following.

1.Delete the alf_data folder
2.Drop existing alfresco schema
3. Create new alfresco schema (running queries from db_setup.sql file)
4. Install fresh copy of alfresco
5. Edit necessary properties file for db connectivity (based on the alfresco version)

Hi dnguyen and Sanket,
Community on Oracle can be dangerous.
I have tried but with problems see http://forums.alfresco.com/en/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=26355 , can you test it?
I have not tested back-up/restore (or move from one server to other) because i'm working on startup project.
