The only practical DBs for us are either DB2 (preferred) or Sybase.Has Alfresco3 been shown to work with either/both of these? Is such a configuration potentially covered by Alfresco support or should we not consider support due to the nature of our environment?TIADr D

The supported stacks are here and DB2 or Sybase are not on the list
http://www.alfresco.com/services/support/stacks/3.x/

However the contents of the list are determined by customer's requirements so you may be able to get a stack added.

I suggest you contact Alfresco directly.

We have contacted Alfresco and asked for DB2 support.

I would be interested to know of any customers who have used Alfresco with DB2 albeit in an unsupported manner.

Thanks

Dr. D.
