The copy service mentions -
http://dev.alfresco.com/resource/docs/java/repository/org/alfresco/service/cmr/repository/CopyService.html

All aspects found on the source node are applied to the destination node where missing. The properties of the aspects are updated accordingly except in the case where the aspect has been marked as having 'Non-Transferable State'. In this case aspect properties will take on the values already assigned to them in the destination node.

This is exactly what I need, I need one of my aspects not copied over to destination when copy takes place. But I am unable to figure out how can I mark my aspect with "Non-Transferable State". Can someone help me with this? How can I mark my aspect with "Non-Transferable State"?

Any pointers/help would be highly appreciated!

TIA,
- Manish
