    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I think i had a similar problem, i dont think its possible to get the users or groups from the root of an AD. I was only able to get all users and groups of the AD if they were inside an OU. If they were on the root of the AD, i couldnt get Alfresco to import them.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Think I remember someone doing it… Alternatively, you could just setup a ldap-ad connector for each folder (copy the folder ldap-ad to ldap-ad2, ldap-ad3)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;the authentication chain would look like :&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;PRE class="language-none line-numbers"&gt;&lt;CODE&gt;authentication.chain=ldap-ad1:ldap-ad,ldap-ad2:ldap-ad2,ldap-ad3:ldap-ad3&lt;SPAN class="line-numbers-rows"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;‍&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/CODE&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Structure : Name_of_connector:Name_of_folder&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hope this helps…&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
