Cannot find the declaration of element 'bean'

I've added scheduled-action-services-context.xml to \tomcat\webapps\alfresco\WEB-INF\classes\alfresco\extension and restart tomcat and I've got Cannot find the declaration of element 'bean' error. Error log and xml file are below.<!– Execute the script /Company Home/Record Management/testscrip

From what you have posted the file you have posted does not look complete. Have you defined the doctype and added your bean within a <beans> section.

You need this at the start
<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>
<!DOCTYPE beans PUBLIC '-//SPRING//DTD BEAN//EN' 'http://www.springframework.org/dtd/spring-beans.dtd'>
<beans>

and </beans> at the end.

And also please note that you should not be putting any configuration into the WEB-INF folder.

tomcat/shared/classes/alfresco/extension or web-extension depending what you are configuring.
