Hello,After installing Alfresco 3.2r : Connecting it to my Active Directory, and synchronize the users & groups.I see that i can't access to share with url: http:\\myserver\sharei get the error like: exceptionjavax.servlet.ServletException: org.alfresco.error.AlfrescoRuntimeException: 03220001

Ensure the /alfresco web application is working correctly. Share depends on it.

Connecting it to my Active Directory, and synchronize the users & groups.

Make sure you edit the web.xml on Share to pick the authentication against AD and
can you confirm whether the users & groups are synced with Alfresco repository,
can check it from Alfresco webclient.
