Hi,

I am using Enterprise 3.1.

I tried adding a web view dashlet to the share page. I tried pointing the dashlet to a html file that was local on my machine. I did not realise that Share adds a http prefix to whatever value was put in however. This returned an error when trying to load the whole share site.

Now I cannot open the share dashboard or any part of share with that user (I also only have one user). The site redirects now to the value I put into the web view shortcut and obviously cannot find such a site.

Can anyone tell me if there is some way to reset these user preferences for dashlets? Without getting into the GUI, I am not sure how I can fix this issue.

Thanks,
Clem.

You can use FTP to access the AVM and find the dashboard configuration files for users and sites. Either edit or delete the relevant file.

Thanks,
Mike
