    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've got an alfresco book with what I think is old info.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It states that you can store customized web scripts in either the repository or the file system.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Storing them in the filesystem works … but if you're careless, and copy a sample script unmodified, you risk Alfresco not starting up on reboot.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I want to store my custom webscripts in the filesystem … at least until I've mastered things.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My book says to store custom web scripts in '&amp;lt;&amp;lt;alfresco_server&amp;gt;&amp;gt; &amp;gt; tomcat | shared | extension | templates | webscripts' creating the required folders and then restart Alfresco.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Alfresco doesn't find the scripts.&amp;nbsp; Is the location incorrect?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Where in the file system should I place custom webscripts?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
