Two suggestions for you to try out:
1. Undeploy using the dynamic model console: http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Dynamic_Models#Using_the_Repository_Admin_Console
2. Enable the repository browser in Share, and try removing it through that interface: http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Enabling_Share_Repository_Document_Library

I don't think #2 will work though, honestly. But at least these are some ideas for you to try.

Here is a way if anyone else experiences this error:

Shutdown Alfresco
Go to Alfresco\alf_data\contentstore\ on your server
The files will be in the order of Year\Month\Day\Hour\Minute for instance 2010\5\18\13\47
Delete the minute folder(47 in above example) for the Model you uploaded thats giving the error.
Start Alfresco
Go to the Data Dictionary > Models folder with Alfresco Explorer and delete the Model giving the problem.

You should now be able to continue as per usual…

If you are not sure what the date/time was use GREP (Try AstroGrep if you run a windows server) to search the Alfresco\alf_data\contentstore\ folder with your models file name and you will have the correct folder(s).
