Unable to deploy Standalone Alfresco war 1.2.1

I downloaded alfresco 1.2.1 war that I planed to deploy on JBoss 4.0.2 on Windows XP. According to the instructions given in README_war.txt file, I executed the sql script provided and then placed the war in jboss deploy directory and started JBoss. JBoss, Spring and Hibernate are prolific loggers when DEBUG category is enabled (which it is by default in JBoss). Edit the log4j.xml file in server/default/conf and add this section at the bottom:
