Hi All, I come across this issue very often. The only thing I have done up till now to get rid of this was to delete activiti-explorer folder from tomcat webapps and then start again. All,

I had to use TextArea in my application and hence for that to work, I had to change the activiti-custom-context.xml and activiti-ui-context.xml files.

I am not really sure if the issue is there as tomcat starts for a few times and then it does not start.
Anyways, for your reference, I have attached them.

Not sure what is going on here, can't see anything straight wrong. Did you validate it works without the custom changes? And then add in all the custom form property types one by one?
