crossRepoCopy copy issues

I found the issue, for some reason the crossRepoCopy service can not copy things out of the staging directory. For example:

avm://portal/-1;www;avm_webapps;ROOT;DCP_4963.JPG

but this did:

avm://portal–admin/-1;www;avm_webapps;ROOT;DCP_4963.JPG

I am not sure why the service would care where it is located, but it did work once I made that change.

I would love to hear from the Alfresco people on why this might be the case. If I have the time and energy, I may dig into the code and figure it out.
