When the external system closes the user task through messaging event attached to it, we observe that it does not get closed all the times. The task is not getting closed for few instances. The application runs on 5 Tomcat grid servers and therefore, 5 job executioners. We are not sure why the task is not getting closed for few instances. Can you think of any possible reasons.
