Hi eli,

Sorry to say I had temporarily discontinued the research on this. By now we have decided to use the public/private site aproach and publish documents by copying them to the 'public' site document library folders (mixing by hand and some rules applied to the spaces in alfresco). They weren't so many.

When I have enough time again I'd try to see whether I can create some 'action' to 'publish' (copy content to another site) and then add a custom control to the site view to invoke this action. Or maybe Alfresco guys implement this
