    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I try to install Alfresco Labs 3b war-file (alfresco-labs-war-3b.tar.gz) via an already installed Tomcat6 on a VPS running on Ubuntu 8.04. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Re installation of Tomcat6 I followed &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/linux/installing-tomcat-6-on-ubuntu/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/linux/installing-tomcat-6-on-ubuntu/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; and it worked smoothly. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In order to adjust the Alfresco directories in accordance to Tomcat 6 I followed &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Install_Tomcat6" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Install_Tomcat6&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. It doesn't work due to the following open issues: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1) where to copy the "licenses" directory?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2) where to copy the "extras" directory?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3) in which directory has the mysql database to be set up (in the subdirectory or 2))?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Best&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;mat&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;licences would be a child of the "shared/alfresco" folder.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It doesn't matter where the extras or mysql are placed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Here's a link &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://forums.alfresco.com/en/viewtopic.php?t=8195" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://forums.alfresco.com/en/viewtopic.php?t=8195&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If this does not make sense I'd suggest installing Tomcat 5.5 instead.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
