How to install Records Mgmt into 3.x Final?

I have tried this several times now but I can install Alfresco 3.x final without any issues and have it running fine at the end of the process but as soon as I run apply_amps.bat and try and startup Alfresco I get the following log messages:21:43:49,619 INFO [org.alfresco.config.xml.XMLConfigServic

try installing a fresh Alfresco and before running it for the first time
just copy Records Managment amp in the amps directory.

By running alf_start.bat afterwards the system will include this amp automatically.

Have you seen: https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/ETHREEOH-1422

It doesn't work in 3.0.1 Enterprise. There was talk of it being fixed in 3.1.0, though we haven't had a chance to test it yet in this environment. According to the above JIRA (which has some patches which may help), it looks like it will be fixed in 3.1.1, but possibly a developer can confirm this. It doesn't look like you're seeing exactly the same problems we did, but you might be on a slightly different version.

The default database which is created is corrupt. So create a new database and point it to alfresco and import all the tables in that database.
Then, again install amp package of Records Management and restart the server.
