I have created a new test site in Share with a Document Library and subfolders already in place.Now when I start MS Word 2007, create a document and then go to the Publish menu, I can onlycreate a new site for Document Management and not save into an existing Share Document Library under an existing

I've only tried 3 Stable (3.1), but i suppose this should work in 3.2 Preview too.

In the "Save as…"-dialogue, enter "http://yourserver:7070/alfresco" (or whatever your settings are) as the filename, then press Save, this will bring up a standard Windows login window, and after login you will be able to browse your sites in the "Save as…"-box and save your file where you want it.

Edit:

You could also add your Alfresco Share-server under "My Network Places" in Windows, select "Add a network place" and enter the same adress as above. You could then browse to your sites from the Save and Open dialogues in Office. I suppose this should be more convinient in the long run.

Thank you, I will try this. I was missing it in the Document Management (Sharepoint) Pane in Word 2007. Was expecting
to be able to browse/change project/document library/folder from within that pane.
