Converting Alfresco NodeRef to JCR Node

Hi,I'm trying to convert an Alfresco NodeRef to a JCR Node. I see there are lots of the Impl classes within org.alfresco.jcr.* which look like they would serve the purpose but I'm wondering if there is a simpler approach such as something like JCRNodeRef, only in reverse.Many thanks,Ian.
