I believe I am experiencing the same issue as https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/ETWOTWO-827

The difference is this is a standalone installation. (Alfresco Enterprise 3.0, Solaris 10 x64, Tomcat 6, MySQL)

When I was doing some testing, silly me put in to sync LDAP every 5 seconds when I meant 5 minutes. (Bad habit of using UNIX cron!) I did notice it right away and shutdown instantly, but I know it would have got at least 3 jobs off. Now I am throwing the same exception on the above link when the server starts up.

Is there a fix or workaround I can do to get the server back up?

Since the server was relatively new I ended up doing an export and nuked the content store/DB.
