As a suggestion, you may want to approve a list of contents in one-step, similar to deleting a list of emails. At present UI you how to do it one by one.As a suggestion if there is a checkbox for each content item in detail view and then a menu to apply rules to the marked ones, it would be nice

Sorry if my questions are not clear because I am French.
I want to know if it is possible to applied many rules to one document (for exemple copy in one space and send an email the destinator)
