    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;depending on how you have it configured you should be able to use CIFS, webdav, sharepoint, ftp or nsf&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i would guess cifs is your best bet but you will have to configure the server name and verify the authentication/security type is either alfresco or enterprise depending on which version of alfresco you are using&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I believe it is 3 lines of configuration.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have noticed alfresco can get a touch unstable when moving many many small files but even local usb drives do the same thing.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would probably suggest smaller chunks at a time&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>How else can I copy all data from a windows machine to Alfresco company workspace.I have have used the shared drive drag and drop&amp;nbsp; but after a few seconds it times out.</description>

I did try to copy bulk files/folders using FTP but I keep getting the following error message "an error occured coping a file to the ftp server.Make sure you have permission to put files on the server.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;DETAILS&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another processed."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am actually using the admin account to copy.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you in advance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
