I'll probably get shot by marketing but here goes…

When you install an alfresco repository you get an Enterprise Content Management system. (Which is probably what you call DMS) The other installable applications are WCM, RM and Collaboration.

The separate installers are for the same functionality but packaged differently.

We need document management System.
So which can be suitable for me either ecm full set up and labs.

You probably want to use the full ECM installer. Certainly that's a good place to start.

Alfresco Labs is the open source community supported version of Alfresco. Alfresco Enterprise is the commercial and fully supported version. There are a few differences in functionality between the two but for core content management the functionality is the same.

Is alfresco "Alfresco-Enterprise-3.0.0-Full-Setup" is commercial one?

But i didn't get any information related to commercial while downloading the above one from alfresco.com.

The download for "Alfresco-Enterprise-3.0.0-Full-Setup" which is available at alfresco.com is trail version??

can you provide the links which shows some basic difference between "Alfresco-Enterprise-3.0.0-Full-Setup" and labs.
