Hello,I downloaded and ran the Mac OS installer. I have Labs 3C installed in a different directory. It can take a minute or more to full deploy and start-up. What happens if you leave it going? Anything in Activity Monitor? Finally, what spec Mac and OS are you installing on?

I let it run for an hour, checked the activity monitor - didn't see anything out of the ordinary.

I'm running Mac OS 10.5.6 with 2 GB memory. I've run labs 3C without problems.
