Thats a very vague error … i can't think immediatly of anything that could cause that. It isn't a timeout of your ldap?

Its not a timeout Barrez. As soon as we click on the criteria mentioned by Ravi, we just see a blank screen. As of now I do not have any more information with me to give you.

I will see if I can find any more info which could be of some help to you.
