Hi ,

The given link helped me a lot, thank you so much.
Have one more question here, I created sample workflow, exported bpmn file and uploaded to the Activiti Workflow Console, via http://localhost:8080/alfresco/activiti-admin#deployment/1
I started Alfresco 4.1.4 instance in my local and tried to start workflow but i don't see the form.
How to get the form? for share side?
can you please guide me?

The step editor + forms is NOT compatible with Alfresco / Share at the moment.
It might be one day, but this is currently not the focus.

You've mentioned that "One day" is it the release of Alfresco standalone premise or cloud version?
When it will be released approximately?

It's not yet planned, which means I can't give you a date. It will be purely driven by customer demand.

Everything in Alfresco is always cloud AND on-premise.

Hi,

I tried to create sample workflow using stepEditor,
Unable to implement the conditional cases during Rejection.
1) Author edits the document and submits for review(Form1)
2) when the reviewer(Form2) Approves,workflow will end and when reviewer Rejects, it should go back to author for editing, in this case i used the same form as i used in the Author.
3) I couldn't achieve this scenario
Could you please guide me how to link back in case of rejection?

The 'goto' functionality (this is how we named that feature) is not yet there, but it is planned to be implemented soon.

Thank you.
When i try to re-use the form(Having some text fields, file upload, due date) in different user tasks, the fields were non editable, ex: File upload
Author attaches a file and send it for review to the reviewer but the reviewer couldn't download or open the attachment.
Is that feature is not implemented yet? or how do i need to achieve this?

To achieve this, you need to use the 'display value' field in the other form. It can reference an uploaded field, and show the document for the next user
