They usually collaborate by phone/email and need to centralize and better organize all their documents.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Would a solution like Alfresco be adapted for a small business like this one? Does Alfresco require special precautions when it's setup for "Internet-only" access?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Take a look at Alfresco Share. It's the collaborative interface available in Alfresco. There are iPhone and IMAP access coming in the next versions of Alfresco. This will enable mobile access to documents. Alfresco you can email documents to Alfresco and have it automatically save it. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just install the default Alfresco and play around with the configurations to better suit your specific requirements.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
