Hi,I would like to use Alfresco Share for remote collaboration of CAD designers. The designers should share autocad files, Word documents, etc. having a message board and using a project management tool. They should be organized as groups/teams to manage one or more projects. You can you Alfresco Share sites as "sandboxes".

Can you expand on the project management requirements?

The main feature is to share files in a sanbox, one sandbox per company or group of designers. A group should be able to create n projects. Each project should have one or more milestones, each milestone several tasks. A simple project management. Plus, a shared calendar - which is already present in Liferay - would be fantastic, but is a second requisite.

So: project -> milestone -> tasks -> a task associated to n users.

This is definitely doable in Alfresco. The functionality will need to be exposed in Share. You can use Web scripts / Freemarker to extend Share for sure.

Where I can find sone info about the sandboxes? I do not have an idea how it works.
