Zannafar,

from the messages it looks like you just can't reach the server from your end. I just tested the URL to the first jar for instance and it starts downloading immediately - so the site seems to be available. If you're behind a proxy, have you checked that the settings are OK?

Another way to check is to try downloading a couple of those URLs from a web browser first. If that works, you know the problem's in your Eclipse settings.

I tried to download directly some jar files as you said.
It starts downloading normally, but all downloaded files were empty i.e (size 0kb). Did it happen to you?

I'm going to try download later at home to check if it's some problem of my network.

Hi Zannafar,

no, I don't have that problem - the artifacts load fine for me. It's probably a good idea to test a couple at home as you said - that will tell you whether it's the network.

The installation was successful when I tried at home
In fact the problem was my network's office, probably some restrictions provided by our Administrator.
