    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi ngiolet, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;with existing tools, my spontaneous idea would be : &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;make yourself a space "trash bin" and a content type "tobedelteted" and setup an action "mydelete".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"mydelete" does the following : &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1) change type of content to "tobedeleted"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2) move to "trashbin"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Then create a business rule &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"if content type = "tobedeleted" and "leaving", then …."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Might be, that an aspect or a category would be suited better for that, I guess you need to think about it &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards, Norgan,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>With "content management rules" you can run a script each time a file is added to space or leave the space or modified.But if I want the script is executed when a file is deleted? How to do this?Thanks in advance.</description>
