      <title>Adding first user mystery</title>

      <description>I have just installed the labs 3b setup and cannot find a simple button to add a user. I also cannot find any documentation on this anywhere. I'm starting to suspect my install may not quite be right. Could someone give a simple pointer as to how to add users on a fresh 3b install? I get no errors r</description>
